My mom wants to take a tript to Chicago so I can look at some schools out there. I don't know when we're doing this but aparently it's soon. Hopefully it'll be fun and worthwhile. Good luck to everyone in Utah.

So again it's been a long ass time since i've updated this. I'll try to include everything that's happened. The fourth of July show with the LP went very well. Weather held up for the most part (except for the wind constantly blowing our music off of the stands...). Been doing a lot of summer reading and practicing for CYO audtions. This year we have to read FIVE books! And they're not short either. Kind of scary. I bought tickets for Pierson and I to go see Yes and Dream Theater. Oh MAN that show's going to rock so hard. Shweet shtuff mmmmmmmmmmmmm yummy. I just got back from a very short trip to my dad's. We had our anual family reunion. Got to see all of my aunts, uncles, and cousins. Met some that I hadn't seen before. Then we went hiking for 2 days. The first day we got absolutely DRENCHED. The rain was pouring cats and dogs for an hour and a half. Then it got even heavier for the last 45 minutes. Woohoo... Socks and shoes in 6 inch mud puddles. That was interesting... But the second day we drove most of the way up Mt.Greylock and then just did the short climb that was left to reach the summit. Great view from up there but it's better if it's not so cloudy. And now I am back. yay. and there was much rejoicing yadda yadda yadda. Hope yous guys is having good summers toos! I know I am. That be all for now. Adios!

Well let's see. Friends had its final episode :( . It was perfect though. Everything that was meant to happen did. All very well done. I thank the writers for not messing that up. Went to Kristen's brithday party at lakewood park. that was sweet. many of the college kids came home! YAY! WELCOME HOME GUYS!!!!! So chilling with them was good. Kenny and Tim hooked up the keyboard and drums and jammed. Kristen jammed on her violin. Aparenly Chris played drums later but gigi and I had decided to grab so coffee so i missed that one. Then later everyone went back to Kenny's to hang out. All in all a pretty slick day. Then sunday was lakewood project rehersal. I had to take notes on all of the songs so i can film them better at the concert. I got to hear Fatal Tragedy finally. HOLY SHIT!!!!!!!!!! Such an awesome arrangement. Definitely my favorite. Speaking of the lakewood project, ticket sales are NOT going good. PLEASE EVERYONE GO SEE IT!!!! It's just them. No Mark Wood. Friday, May 21 at 7:30 PM in the Civic auditorium. Tickets are $12.50 and $8.00 I believe. Great show. Everyone come! Bring your families! Bring your friends! Bring your friends' families! WE NEED PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, it's all over. The play is gone and done. After-play blues have already set in. Hope they don't stay too long. I miss everyone already. I'm glad that practice (cause i can't spell the R word) is over but the performances were such a blast. The Saturday we did Faith (a guy tradition) SO hardcore. Oh man. Totally trashed our dressing room. I'm still sore all over from that shit. Good times. It was kind of stressful cause everything was put together very last minute but it was so much fun. I had the aftershow party here at my house. I can't believe we fit everyone! Seriously there were like 50-60 people here. Crazayness. There were at least 15 in my room alone. And i found out that my bed can withstand having up to 9 people bouncing on it at once... Good to know. I jammed with Sam a little bit on my viola while he played guitar. I'd never jammed before but it was good stuff. I think I stayed with him for the most part. Watched some movies in a few rooms but mostly people jsut hung out. Yeah I definitely got 40 minutes of sleep. I also had woken up early that morning to take the SAT's. SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO fried out because of sleep depravation. I looked like a walking corpse, literally. But it was all good. Now I'm back in regular school hours mode. My goal for this week is to not wear a single black shirt for the entire week. Wish me luck. Buhbyes

Ok, first off, I have to hit myself for not saying this earlier. EVERYONE GO SEE KILL BILL VOL.2!!!!!!!!!! If you haven't seen volume 1yet, rent it and THEN go see it!! Kick ass movie. In my top five.

Now that I've finished that...
Rerersal is going alright (someone tell me if I am spelling that right, I don't think I am and that'd be sad). A few things are still being put into place but everything is going along quite well. Except for me running into stairs backstage in the dark.... twice... My shins hurt. Ummmmmmm, yeah. Tired. Today was crappy. Bad quiz, bad mood, and then to cheer me up, it snowed. But I will leave you with the lyrics from one of my favorite songs:

Summer time and the wind is blowing outside
In lower Chelsea and I don't know
What I'm doing in this city
The sun is always in my eyes
It crashes through the windows
And I'm sleeping on the couch
When I came to visit you
That's when I knew I could never have you
I knew that before you did
Still I'm the one who's stupid
And there's this burning
Like there's always been
I never been so alone
And I've never been so alive
Visions of you on a motorcycle drive by
The cigarette ash flies in your eyes
And you don't mind, you smile
And say the world doesn't fit with you
I don't believe you, you're so serene
Careening through the universe
Your axis on a tilt, you're guiltless and free
I hope you take a piece of me with you
And there's things I'd like to do
That you don't believe in
I would like to build something
But you never see it happen
And there's this burning
Like there's always been
I've never been so alone
And I've, I've never been so alive
And there's this burning
There is this burning
Where's the soul I want to know
New York City is evil
The surface is everything but I could never do that
Someone would see through that
And this is our last time
We'll be friends again
I'll get over you, you'll wonder who I am
And there's this burning
Just like there's always been
I've never been so alone alone
And I've, and I've never been so alive
So alive
I go home to the coast
It starts to rain I paddle out on the water
Alone
Taste the salt and taste the pain
I'm not thinking of you again
Summer dies and swells rise
The sun goes down in my eyes
See this rolling wave
Darkly coming to take me
Home
And I've never been so alone
And I've never been so alive

Motorcycle Drive By- Third Eye Blind
